The new Innovation Hub at the Behringwerke site

At our new Innovation Hub, we at Pharmaserv are creating space for start-ups, spin-offs and SMEs right at the Behringwerke site. This will enable us to set another milestone in promoting research and development in Marburg even more strongly in the future.

We will offer laboratories in the new Innovation Hub on more than 11,500 square meters. In addition to exclusive units of up to 908 square meters, flexibly bookable laboratories starting at 74 square meters are also planned. Offices and storage space for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotech and life science sectors can also be shared. This not only gives our new users access to high-quality premises and services in a GxP environment, but also direct contact with the internationally renowned pharmaceutical companies here at the site.

We are creating a dynamic ecosystem that optimally promotes cooperation between various players in our industry – through events, conferences and mentoring programs, we will directly connect our new tenants and our partners at the site.

In addition, we provide the entire building infrastructure with services – in facility management as well as in energy supply and site services. Our services in the areas of GxP technology and pharmaceutical logistics round off our service.

Construction of the Innovation Hub will begin in August 2025, and user-specific development should start a good year later. The first occupancy is scheduled for November 2026.
