Office building M202 – the Green Office is located in an attractive environment in the Görzhausen section of the Behringwerke site. It offers around 2,000 square metres of office space that can be divided up in a variety of ways to suit the customer's needs.

Thanks to geothermal energy, the entire building is operated in an energy-efficient manner. We use geothermal energy for underfloor heating and cooling. Heat exchange via heated screed ensures an additional efficiency gain due to the low flow temperatures. As a result, only about 25 kWh/m² and year are required in the form of electrical energy for heating and cooling. Sun protection and lighting are controlled automatically, and users can also control this individually. Thanks to all these measures, we achieve at least 30 per cent more efficiency with the Green Office than is required by the Renewable Energy Ordinance.
